This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking services with Club. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
Definitions
- Booking: A reservation for a session or workshop at Club.
- Session: An afterschool activity offered by Club.
- Workshop: A structured program that may include multiple sessions focusing on specific skills or topics.
Bookings
- All bookings must be made in advance using the official booking form provided by your school or available on this website.
- Bookings for sessions and workshops are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once your place is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment details. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of your application—including your junk folder—please contact us at Hart.coding.clubs@gmail.com.
Payment
- Full payment is required upon receipt of our invoice email. Your spot will be secured only after the payment has been successfully processed.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Policy
- All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, refunds will not be issued. This policy ensures financial stability and effective resource allocation, as we rely on fees to cover operational costs and plan for staff, materials, and facility usage.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances.
Changes and Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
